Alpine Lodge lays embedded within the banks of the Main Southwest Miramichi River. We are located in the village of Blackville approximately 600 feet below the mouth of the Bartholomew River, and just 20 miles from the city of Miramichi. However, the lodge is quite secluded from the main part of the village, thus making privacy a virtue.

While staying at Alpine Lodge, whether you are fishing, canoeing, hunting or participating in any of our guided tours and adventures, our staff will make it easy for you to have the time of your life! And remember, at Alpine Lodge, we take great pride in making your stay worthwhile!

Alpine Lodge consists of 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, and all the comfort you will need to make your trip memorable. The lodge is furnished in pine and cedar, making a beautiful combination of color throughout the lodge. Enjoy the drinking water at Alpine Lodge which flows from a natural spring, or simply let the smell of cedar sooth your thoughts as you daydream of catching an even bigger Salmon tomorrow!

Although our huge living room window allows for a superb view of the river, Alpine Lodge also has a remarkable deck overlooking the river which enables you to watch the fish rolling, or simply relax in the evening.

We are located 2-3/4 hrs. north of I - 95 at Houlton Maine, and the airport at Presque Isle, ME. Major airline flights arrive daily from Boston, New York, and most other U.S. and Canadian cities! Alpine Lodge offers full shuttle service to and from the Moncton, Bathurst, Fredericton, and Miramichi airports. For any clients wishing to be shuttled to and from the Halifax airport, special arrangements may be made.
